  • Add a few drops of Lavender to pillows, bedding, or bottom of feet before bedtime for a restful night's sleep
  • Create a spa bath and melt away stress by adding 1 cup Epsom salt and 4 drops of oil to a hot bath,or rub on temples, wrists or back of neck for tension and stress relief
  • Diffuse the oil 1 to 3 times a day to bring clean smell into home. Used to bring in positive energy into home or work space
  • Control eczema with a few drops of lavender oil and carrier oil onto dry itchy areas. Or miz with calamine lotion for a comforting smell and relief
  • To rid menstrual cramps- massage a few drops of lavender oil into your lower abdomen and apply a hot compress onto the area
  • Get rid of unwanted odors in your home, or shoes, by combining 10 drops of lavender oil with water in a glass spray bottle to create a light mist spray
  • Clean yoga mat by combining 3/4 cup of distilled water, 1/4 cup alcohol-free witch hazel or white vinegar, 5 drops Lavender essential oil, 3 drops Melaleuca essential oil into a glass bottle. Spray on mat, and wipe off mat with towel.
